Responsible for end-customer sales to our Top600 customers this is a high impact, high visibility position -

from making the initial sale to implementing the solution and services. Your challenge will be to build upon

our track record of success within your assigned account list by identifying, developing and winning

complex Unified Communication solution opportunities that solve existing customers communication and collaboration needs.

You will develop and implement plans that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account

profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. You will pursue long-term account strategies that maximize growth potential and result in long-term relationships with key account decision makers. You will develop a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences, and perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure Account growth:

• Deliver Order Entry and External Revenues targets

• Ownership of the Account Plan to ensure maximum share of wallet through Sales proactivity

•Customer rention through support renewal of existing contracts

• Growth across UCC and Atos Service lines within customer base

Understanding the Profitability and Financial performance of the customers in your assigned base

Ensure Client Satisfaction:

• Responsible for maintaining high CSAT Levels by implementing actions to close gaps.

• Ensure adequate governance with customer is implemented.

• Frequent customer facing visits to develop a network of contacts and expand client portfolio

Close engagement with Service business to ensure a seamless virtual team is presented to the customer

Job Requirements

• Experience selling Communications and Collaboration (Voice, Data, Security & Self Service)

products, solutions and cloud services to mid-size and large organizations (500-5000 employees)

• Able to demonstrate Installed Base Management skills with a track record of meeting & exceeding

sales goals

• Experience in using ROI tools and Financial Modelling as a part of your sales process

• Successful negotiator with C-level decision-makers

• Clear concise communication skills, solid business sense and excellent presentation skills

• Accurate forecasting skills

• 5 years sales experience with successful track record

• Self-driven, motivated, high work rate and able to work remotely.

• Knowledge of technology platforms to listen & translate and tenacious to learn & present.

• Business development experience

You’ll spend your time:

• Developing C Level relationships within your customers to drive the growth of  Atos UCC (Unify)

into these accounts

• Closing deals and meeting assigned revenue objectives monthly

• Retaining and growing the OE and ER opportunities within customer base

• Developing and executing revenue driven sales strategies and business plans

• Developing a close partnership with identified customers to become reference points for our new

business teams

• Communicating the complete range of Atos UCC (Unify) products at all levels within the account

• Ensuring that new product developments and beta program initiatives are quickly implemented and

deployed in the key customers and provide feedback to corporate product groups for future

development
