  • Deliver system support services (3rd level) in SAP CRM (Integrated Order Management) and SD (Sales) area via clients ticketing system: resolution of incidents, delivery of change requests
  • Ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) are delivered according to the requirements in the business unit
  • Technical realization of business processes in existing and in greenfield implementations: business process understanding; development assistance and coordination; CRM and SD (ECC Sales) system customizing, configuration and adjustment; testing
  • Collaborate with external partners and various business stakeholders to achieve successful completion of the project/solution changes
  • Proactively identify and resolve system problems to enhance performance and prevent service deficiency
  • Maintain technical documentation: Functional Design Documents, Development Specifications, Test Scenarios
  • Implement System Security Standards and procedures
  • Participate in problem solving and new configurations of SAP Hybris platform


  • University degree in Information Technology or other related business fields
  • Strong professional experience (3+ years) in the support or implementation of business applications/systems
  • Experience in SAP CRM system, CRM web UI, ECC SD module, Hybris suite will be a strong advantage
  • Business understanding and knowledge in Integrated Order Management, Customer Care and Sales areas will be a strong advantage
  • Ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environment managing various tasks in area of support and project delivery
  • Positive service-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
