SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Job Description

  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, partners, and speaking opportunities
  • Working with sales, partners, customers and prospects to created tailored presentations and proposals for enterprise sales engagements
  • Presenting to customers and prospects on materials above
  • Collaboration and training for sales and systems engineers on communicating Atos core value messages
  • Responsible for technical aspects of the delivery of Services (including Requests for Service)
  • Drives Service improvement through technical innovation
  • Fulfils expert Technical Design Authority role
  • Review the technology refresh roadmap
  • Review customer business drivers
  • Drive Innovation Programme and Innovation Workshop
  • Explore mutual areas of interest regarding technology, develop and manage a programme to bring practical innovative benefits to customer
  • Ensure market emerging trends are captured and evaluated for their value to customer’s longer term business objectives

Job Requirements

  • 10 years  of working experience as Technical Architect  (15 for Senior position)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or other related field; or equivalent
  • The ability to create high level architecture and execution plans against major  customer initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of IT products and solutions, Hardware and Software technologies
  • Proven and direct field experience in working with end customers

Technical & Know How  Requirements

Must possess a thorough understanding of computer networks and how they operate, including:

• Standard  design principles, components and protocols

• Backup & Restore  operations and disaster recovery procedures

• Fault tolerant and redundant drive implementations

Must have experience establishing and managing   data centers (owned and operated by third-party providers)

Deep design, build and operation experience in the following technical environments is required

• EMC storage technologies

• Multibrand  WINTEL /  POWER  midrange & enterprise servers

• VCE converged infrastructure

• Hyperconverged infrastructure

• VMWare / Openstack

• Microsoft Technologies

• Unix/Linux/AIX Technologies

Will be preferred:

• Professional certifications in technical  environments

• Knowledge and experience SAP / SAP HANA infrastructure

• Knowledge and experience on Data Base architectures and operations ( Oracle/MSSQL)
